Refund & Cancellation Policy

AdPyro paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You are charged in advance, in U.S. dollars, at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

Because subscriptions provide immediate access to AI generation, fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or unused generations.

If you were charged in error, experienced a technical failure that prevented use, or believe you are entitled to a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

Advertising budget you spend on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta) is billed by that platform, not by AdPyro, and is subject to that platform's own refund rules.
