Privacy Policy

Last updated July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information AdPyro collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to adpyro.com and the AdPyro service.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash); the content you submit to generate ads (links, descriptions, images, brand assets); the ads we generate for you; billing information; and usage and device data to operate and improve the Service.

Business profile information you provide during onboarding and in your account — such as your industry, business stage, offer, goals, target audience, advertising channels, and budget range. You provide this to personalize the Service.

Payment details: card and payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. AdPyro does not store your full card number.

How we use information

To generate your ad copy and creatives, personalize the Service to your business, operate and secure the platform, process payments, provide support, and comply with law.

To improve AdPyro — including analyzing usage and business-profile data (in aggregated and de-identified form) to build better models, features, and industry insights. We do not sell your personal information. Where we share information, it is only with the service providers needed to run AdPyro (see Sharing), or in an aggregated/de-identified form that does not identify you.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run AdPyro — including Stripe (payments) and AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic (content generation) — under agreements that limit their use of it. If you connect an advertising account (e.g., Meta), we access only what is needed to perform the actions you authorize.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can access, export, or delete your data, or close your account, at any time by contacting [email protected].
